Here's a band that was a favorite of mine in the early 1990s. The singer is Jesse Malin who has a successful enough solo career these days and in the early 1980s was a member of the legendary New York Hardcore band Heart Attack. Both shows were recorded from the audience and have good sound quality. The demo also sounds pretty good.
