Soulside - Jackie Robinson YMCA, San Diego CA 9-18-87

Soulside were a Washington D.C. band that were previously known as Lunchmeat. This recording is from the soundboard and has very good sound quality.

Operation Ivy - Gilman Street, Berkeley CA 5-06-88

Operation Ivy were a Ska Punk band from the East Bay scene in Northern California. Several members of this band were later famous with Rancid. This show is a soundboard recording and the sound quality is very good.

Swiz - St. John's, Washington DC 4-88

Swiz were from Washington DC and featured the original singer from Dagnasty, Shawn Brown. They were around from 1987 to 1993 and released 2 albums. This show is an audience recording and was recorded from the back of the hall. The sound quality is raw but you can still hear the energy of the band.

Alley Cats - Madam Wong's, Los Angeles 1-21-83

Here's a Los Angeles band that was a part of the early L.A. Punk scene but hasn't gotten all that much respect then or now. Their first single was released on Dangerhouse and their second album was released on the major label MCA. This is a good sounding audience recording.
